An Asscher cut diamond traditionally has 58 step cut facets cut in a concentric pattern down to the base of the stone. It is often called the "square emerald cut" and like an emerald cut, the Asscher has cropped corners.
All loose diamonds are certificated, which will contain a detailed analysis of the diamond’s size, cut, colour, clarity, florescence, finish and other relevant characteristics. We use only GIA, IGI, HRD & BGI diamond laboratory certificates.
Diamond colour is graded from D (Colourless) to Z (Light Yellow). After Z a diamond is graded in the fancy colour range.
Diamond clarity is graded from F (Flawless) to I (Included).
Diamond cut is graded from Excellent to Poor.
Diamond weight is given in carats. 1 carat contains 100points.
