A Princess cut diamond is square. It is a relatively new diamond cut, and has gained in popularity in recent years as a more distinctive alternative to the more popular round brilliant cut. The princess cut is sometimes referred to as a square modified brilliant. However, while displaying the same high degree of brilliance, its faceting style is unique and completely different from that of a round brilliant.
All loose diamonds are certificated, which will contain a detailed analysis of the diamond’s size, cut, colour, clarity, florescence, finish and other relevant characteristics. We use only GIA, IGI, HRD & BGI diamond laboratory certificates.
Diamond colour is graded from D (Colourless) to Z (Light Yellow). After Z a diamond is graded in the fancy colour range.
Diamond clarity is graded from F (Flawless) to I (Included).
Diamond cut is graded from Excellent to Poor.
Diamond weight is given in carats. 1 carat contains 100points.
