Dear all at Hatton Jewels, I've been meaning to buy my wife an eternity ring ever since our last (of 4 children) was born in 2003. As you can see it has taken me a long time (almost an eternity) but I finally got round to it. My wife was quite particular about the ring she wanted, down to colour, size and setting and so I did quite a lot of research. I stumbled across your website which I found very informative and easy to use. I then e-mailed and spoke with Sarah who was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and found the exact ring. Unfortunately, you didn't have the right size in stock and I wanted to give the ring to my wife as a surprise when we were in Rome. I explained this to Sarah who was very accommodating and said that I should take the smaller one and then have it resized or remade if it was too small. The ring went down very well but was too small. This caused no problem for you, however, and within 2 weeks you had made a new, slightly larger ring which I collected from your office today. All in all I was very pleased with the service and the ring and you definitely exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to my family, friends and colleagues. Of particular note is the quality of your web site, your friendly staff and the fact you have an office where you can talk face to face and look at the rings before you buy. Thanks again.
