We will not be able to offer in-person appointments until December 3rd at the earliest, but our successful Virtual Jewellery Appointments will remain open so you can have a 1:1 video call with one of our expert members of staff.
Whether you are looking to sell your jewellery, create a bespoke engagement ring or just have some questions for our team, we’re available for no-obligation appointments every week from 10AM until 6:00PM, simply fill out our Book an Appointment form online and one of our team members will get back to you.
When you purchase an item of jewellery on our website, we are offering free UK wide fully insured postage, so you can shop safely from the comfort of your own home.
Looking to send an item to us? We are happy to offer a fully-insured postal service for you to safely send us your item. If you wish to find out about our other postage options feel free to contact us.
Click & Collect
In line with COVID guidelines our showroom will not be open for viewing purposes, however, we are now offering a click and collect service if you have purchased an item online or in a virtual appointment. This means you will be able to book a slot and pop by to collect your item from our London showroom in Hatton Garden. Please get in contact to find out more.
